Thanks! I agree though, the parrot is really really boring and just looks like a big hunk of space junk on a base I'm already thinking of how im going to convert those characters!
Thanks for the kind words! I agree – I don't know why they even put a little face on it in the first place I've been home sick for like the last 3 days – hopefully ill get better soon but on the upside I've had some time to paint. Foreign Company! Before I commit to any linked troopers I wanted to paint some units I know I'll be taking every time
@MikeTheScrivener Seems like a good choice in color scheme. I think your entire Foreign Company will look great in them.
I Agree that'll hold up good on PanO models too... Dang Bro you Already building FC??? What units you thinking about running to go a little OT? Hope you feel better soon.
thanks! I was a little worries about how the orange would interact with the green but I don't think it's too distracting thanks, I hope so too. I have a ton of Bolts in an old paint job I've been looking for an excuse to strip, so I think I'm going to start there after I finish any nomad stuff I have laying around. The MSV1 on the sniper almost seems necessary for them since he is one of two MSV options in the whole list.
My mistake, you're totally right. Now that I think of it, I have a Tabitha Bolt cosplay model still in packaging. I think I'll get cracking on that!
Bolts are going to be 2 points less than they are now currently. Plus they're getting a CoC (Chain of Command) option. With Hannibal, Securiate & Bolts it seems that Foreign Company is the best protection against Loss of Lt. for a sectorial out side of Morats. I'm going to have fun building lists and finding models to fill out the max AVA amount for each unit. Since it is a Merc sectorial I can get a little crazy with the minis I use.
I have a tournament coming up and want to play JSA. With two missions taking place in an objective room how could I pass up on running a Karakuri haris? They're up next! for now I have to fill out the link team.
Not really Miniature related but I'm going to post this here anyway: I've been trying to teach myself pixel art these past couple of weeks and I decided to do something infinity related!
This pixel piece is great. It truly looks like a chibi Aquila Guard. If you keep this up you'll be able to construct scenes like a simple duel between two combatants.
