We've had this information distributed between multiple threads, it would be nice to aggregate it somewhere. What was already mentioned / what I think may be good:

    Every sectorial:
    - Warcor
    - Techbee

    VIRD:
    ??????

    MO:
    - Black Friar
    - Some solo knight, they're robust ???

    ASA:
    - Guarda de Assalto ???
    - Drakios ???

    NCA:
    - Aquila
    - Black Friar
    - Auxilia

    Vanilla:
    ???

    Your thoughts?

This is the worst selection ever.
You preclude yourself the biggest advantage of Joan, the free coordinated order using her Lt Order.

    assuming she's the LT.....

I really enjoy running mobility armor Joan as a solo Rambo. I find with the new MO, if Joan is my LT I hardly ever take the warcor and/or techbee because I'm incentivized to bring a single combat group. I also am almost always running a core and a haris, with Joan usually being in the core so the free LT coordinated is moot anyway.

I must admit that I had in mind Engineering Deck mission, where you're supposed to stick with Xenotech around objective room and place the multiscanner. Not sure if you can leave him unattended.

Aren't being Xenotech stops you from using Holo2? I once played KotHS as a datatracker and apparently you lose advantage of marker state.

Will have to limit myself to comment only in this 3, don`t play OM or ASA to make a informed position.
Based on my experience, so it may be different from your meta, people tend to prioritize more the killing of a powerful trooper or the Lt. over spending lots of orders to kill the Xenotech handler, so keeping them apart may be a good idea so not to keep all the eggs on the same basket.
Also found that deploying a Xenotech in a place that can be easily and out of enemy LoF re synchronized can be a deterrent enough to avoid handler hunting, kind of a CoC situation with Lt. hunting.

VIRD: Patsy and the ORC want to be in links, always, no exception, so NOT them.
A not linked mechanic/trauma doc prone on a building does the work fine, they will have palbots so cant be part of a coordinated order anyway.

NCA: Here there are a lot more options, i prefer the Auxila because he already wants to spend some orders and is already sincro anyway, but a CSU or the same specialists as Vird are just fine.

Vainilla: This is where i got more experience, first time i sincro to my Lt. Joan and wasnt able to use her free coordinated.... that is bad, really bad. My best results had come from sincro with the Warcor or the TechBee, they are not that much disposable with her as in the sectorials and dont need to be part of coordinated, if they do have to move a little forward to deploy the multiscaner you dont need to keep spending on their protection, is not like the Data Traker that has to survive.

It's nice to be able to use the Xenotech as an asset for a moving piece, but I find that isn't always possible. With VIRD for example, pretty much all of our aggressive units are either in a Marker state, or they're linked, or they're otherwise ineligible.

That's why I like the Tech Bee and Warcor.

5/3 points, Irregular. No sense in spending Regular Orders on the Xenotech if you don't have to. The Tech Bee's especially nice at this because she can run up the field towards objectives as a Specialist, and make Xenotech attempts along the way.

Beat me to it. Yup, tech bee and Warcore are my go to options. Especially when I play a faction with ava 3 flash pulse fugazis.

The Xenotech needs to be in contact with the objective. Even if the Warcore dies the Xenotech still counts as controlling it. It’s not a bad idea to use the tech bee or Warcore so you can move the xenotech up with irregular orders. You can attach the xenotech to your data trackers, but you don’t have to.
