What would you like to seee in the shasvasti rework?

I've got a question!

The spawn-embro state says that models don't count as eliminated by the enemy during the game. Does that mean spawn-embro markers aren't 'killed' while annihilation type missions are scored?

I understand after the game is over spawn-embryos aren't counted as alive for tie breaker scoring (Victory Points), but I read that as them being counted as not killed during the mission for annihilation missions, so you would get more OBJ points overall.

How is this rule played?

On the note of Speculo Killers, it’s interesting to see the Speculo Agents teased in 3rd Offensive aren’t on that list.

Yeah, like the Haramakis, which basically became Tankos. Aswang is legit one of the most awkward names in Infinity. If we don't have a successor unit in new Shas imma petition them for a worthy heir to alien dickbutt.

 

The Mentors look like the successor. DZ camo, hacker, sectorial lieutenant discount, spitfire range option, trading the aggressiveness of protheon for more command/deception skills like counterintel and ambush camo

 

Yeah I wonder if another unit (like the cutthroats) might end up with the melee functionality.

It'd be a pretty big whiff to give Cutthroats no cc capability lol. A dirty Shasvastii trick maybe? You think they'll stab you, but they pull out their gun instead

 

Dirty tricks are Shasvastii's bread and butter - and since the French got benched, there's nobody in the Human Sphere who can compete with them in that arena.

 

I wonder how much special ammo - especialy plasma, viral and monofilament - Shas will have access to.

Well, we know the mono CCW of the Speculo is here to stay, and Nox have a whole mess of E/M2.

 

I'm curious with what they'll make of the Caliban.... I don't know why, i always liked the old sculpt (maybe i'm the only one in the world... :P )
They can't make a Core anymore, so maybe Wildcat? Or maybe something completey different...

 

Don't forget the hidden Missile Launcher on Noctfiers x3.

But yeah, honestly wondering how much extra non-standard ammo ( and especially *fun* non-standard ammo ) we will see in the setorial.

 

I mean, probably the same amount? At least Shas can run 2 Q-drones so it's easier to have the room to run the plasma one.
