What would you like to seee in the shasvasti rework?

The banded red armor and facial markings look a lot like what they did with Bit. Which is fine by me.

 

From context I presume it’s a Shasvastii unit.

I am noticing that the wrapped ribbon armor (or whatever you want to call it) is spreading throughout CA. First it was Ko Dali, then Fraacta/Maakrep, then Bit, now Shasvastii as well.

 

Shasvasti in breather mask, Skiavoros are robot bodies so wouldn't have such a fleshy head.

 

I personally think it is either Shrouded or Malignos, because if you look at their models you can find similarities in the armor design.

 

I really like what I have seen so far, but mine will not be red.

 

I'd go with Malignos over Shrouded, but only because of previous models (no cape on this one).

 

Only the sniper Shrouded had a cape; the Combi Malignos and Shrouded differ pretty much only on bodysuit texture - Malignos is smooth and Shrouded is bumpy.

 

I guess I automatically assumed that was a sniper rifle. Hard to tell with it cut off, though.

 

I'm guessing Cadmus or a new drop troop. Those projections over it's shoulders look more like jump-pack wings than anything currently existing in the Shasvastii range.

But then if it is a Cadmus, what are the guys flying behind the speculo agent/Victor? They have different armour styles and helmets to this fella we're looking at

Hopefully one video next week will be about Shas and it will give us enought info. For example some rules, new profiles, hints on fireteams and art (concept arts would be even better). I hope there will be some Shas release before Gencon, because I expect big box with Shas to be released as Gencon release.

 

They clearly seized a beef jerky factory on Paradiso and misunderstood what it was for.

 

Yeah, at this point you'd have to say the Gencon release is gonna be NuShas.

 

Bostria said in the video about new book that Army will be updated 27th March, so we won't be waiting very long for new Shas rules.

Or Cadmus... Jump Infantry should be top priority, seen the theme of the season...

 

I don't think it is Cadmus, because there is art of Cadmus in the 3rd offensive and he has different helmet.

 

Well, i heard a rumour that they might be getting some irregulars and warband type units, so that'll be interesting if true.
