Hey people, lovely evening here in Korea. Today's thread would be kinda long and boring, but since I would like to share my humble experience in ITS, please be patient ;)

Like it say, 3/1-3/2 our little group played a 4-round ITS tournament. The organizer was my good Warcor friend @DeadlyOcean - one who's really dedicating for the eastern Seoul Infinity.

    Candidates joined, it turned out there was 9 players ready for rumble. They were;
    1. A competent Ariadna, Sun
    2. Seasoned OSS, Mock
    3. Romance-searching Morat, Boong
    4. Reasonable Morat, Maru
    5. Super Rookie Yu Jing, Mu-less King
    6. TJCphile, Aoriapple
    7. Wise Ariadna, Mr.Lazy
    8. Renowned Painter PanO, LRDR
    9. Delicate Haqquislam, 'Man-Nom'
He asked me to join the game - and why not? I did. With some spices; I joined the ITS in Invincible Army. Because #WeareInvincibles.

Anyway, the missions were - Show of Force / Deadly Dance(damn) / Acquisition / Unmasking.

    My first opponent was Sun.

I was pretty sure this was kind of 'seed' match-up. One of our best player, I were damn sure this would roll into serious challenge.

Sun was famous for his Zant rolling; I would not like it go to his plans. I won the Initiative, and chose the 1st turn. I reserved up 2nd group Zhencha.

Ariadna scattered whole bunch of Camos, with BJ Datatracker hiding on white containers. Antipodes sat on left side black hut, with plenty CRs guarding their DZ.

Still, I was very interested on white desert building on his sides - There laid only one Camo, and it was very attractive place for assassinating BJ. So after his deployment I was pretty sure there was no Spetz around - this seduced me to gamble of games.

    I infiltrated Zhencha.

And Nailed it! (Which turned out, it was a mine from Libertos and I had to dodge off D: )

    Turn 1

A Turn went smoothly - Infiltrated Zhencha took out Irmandinho and Galwegian with shock ammo and reverted into Camo.

Mowang advances, and prepared for Zant. Link team (Haidao+Zhanshi) formed a spread defense line.

Group 1 Zhencha whacked the panoplies in 3 orders, and picked MULTI rifle. This shook the game indeed.

    Enemy turn 1

    ZANT TIME!

For my surprise, my anti-Zant defense did not work. Mowang failed on warning!, and Zant shrugged off a freaking Heavy pistol with his bare muscle, killing Mowang after 5 orders. He then tried to took out my LGL Zhanshi - and he made double saves from LGL. I lost Sensor bot, Mowang, and servant bot to Zant.

Blackjack tried to kill MR Zhencha, but he failed on discover. Nothing happened on Sidelines, but the devil was in my front yard. I had to deal with it.

    Turn 2

Orders lost, but still I had plenty. I advanced Zhanshi link toward that baldman, shot him good - and got a crit from Heavy pistol. Link broken!

I did it again, this time using Haidao's Breaker pistols for job. And got another crit. Haidao enters NWI state.

3rd try, finally that bald boy goes down. Link teams scutter and duck into cover, preparing for strikeback.

After 1st group, the real business started. Infiltrated Zhencha activates, surprise shot DEP and follow-up SMG destroyed Blackjack AP HMG. He was unconscious due to Low-tech, but it was enough - I had a crawling nuisance at his DZ, portent enough for assassinating key pieces.

    Enemy Turn 2

He did got annoyed by Zhencha. a Chasseur reveals herself and try to discover Zhencha, which failed - and for my surprise she intuitive attacked with LFT. Zhencha dodges, and chasseur falls back due to lack of order.

Foxtrot advances, tries to take out FP bot. He gets FP'd easily. Libertos advances to console. Now every Camo marker on the map were gone - last one was a strelok.

    Turn 3

I had to stop him from grabbing the console. For that, I had to form firelanes across the map. Luckily my best option survived. Haidao MSR. He grabbed the whole freaking firelane in 3-men link, one fella running into thick of it and popping out suppression.

MR Zhencha clears out Foxtrot and fishman, grabbed the main console and enter SF mode. He will die, sure, but could block his order or two.

On group 2, the famous Infiltrated Zhencha rampage again. Taking out some orders, he reverted into Camo again, in NWI state.

    Enemy Turn 3

He did not engage into Haidao's optimal range - instead, he took 3 orders taking out MR Zhencha. Due to SF and Haidao support it was impossible to grab the console, so he turned his eyes to Victory Points. The key was on Blackjack, and he got his 112 up and running..

And tried his best to block off Haidao's Sniping range with Antipodes, but I could see his doc. Referee ensured I can shoot him, so Haidao shot 112 - a clear double tap, and doctor goes down.

IA grabbed Minor victory due to VP (20pts higher). Since no one grabbed the center console.

I'll try to post 4 reps when I get more time. For now, 1st game.. ;)

1st round was hard-earned victory for me, but now 2nd game awaited IA. Deadly Dance, I know this mission got a lot of comments about the design but it was very difficult mission preparing. I had to prepare for the peculiar mission no doubt.

2nd game, my opponent turned out to be Morat Aggression Force by Boong.

It all started from naive thinking. Hulangs are able candidate for TAG removal, and is able to restrict enemy heavy targets from approaching its vicinity. Its weakness would be out-gunning, so I made some hard-hitting ARO pieces all around. Son-bae and Haidao would make them duck, or at least, use extensive orders breaking through; If one gets stalled on long range, Yan Huo will pulverize it. One gets stalled or overextended - Hulang will take him out, and Liu Xing as a final turn joker.

The map was pretty good for me. With Aquatic terrain crossing, I can easily lockdown crucial firelanes crossing the middle range. I did hoped for going second, and did so; MAF gained the 1st turn.

I was ready for anything including FA2 Sogarat or Raicho, instead, MAF turned out to be 10-man bravado roster - with double Rodok and Zerat AHD, supported by Kornak/Suryat Doom link. He was planning to take down my (invisible) Guijia, just like I tried to take down TAGs.

    Which he missed entirely.

Morats deploy behind iron beams on center. Rodoks spread out hoping for some niche kills, Zerats trying to grab off a ship.

I answered it with my full ARO link at the center, Son-bae/Haidao crossing their firelane.

Hulang Datatracker hid behind Ships' bridge, and Yan Huo crawls behind two red containers. I was more than ready to counterstrike.

Capture zones marked 1 and 2 - I had to cross over left side to score.

    Enemy Turn 1

Knowing it would be suicidal running MIs into heavy ARO lane, Suryats tried to brute force themselves. He barely manages to get the right angle on Haidao MSR - the shootout ended on Suryat HMG eating two DA rounds, killing him off instantly.

Panicking, he tried the exact same thing with his HRL Suryat and - BAM! double crits. Haidao gets vaporized. He press forward, but after some thrilling moment with Son-bae he retreats into ship.

Zerat tried to kill Hulang, but cover + Mimetism snorted on her effort. Now, the whole MAF forces were at my disposal.

    IA Turn 1

Reaping time was imminent. So helplessly compromised, HRL Suryat falls before HRMC. It looked like I could take out half a force from the MAF, but the Datatracker Rodok turned out to be a gambit. He survived 6 full salvo from my Yan Huo HRMC, armoring all his way out. Astonished, Yan Huo retreats into cover.

Hulang takes down Zerat, but after eating a wound from BSG. Engineer patched up Son-bae, forming a 4 men link for strikeback.

Morats gain capture scores, IA does not. Things were not going well.

    Enemy Turn 2

Losing 2 Heavy weapons, MAF now struggle to break open IA's defense. After Kornak easily rip off Son-bae, Zerat AHD advances - she manages to shutdown Hulang, and Yan Huo. Zhanshi hacker tried to catch her with Brain Blast, but after a hard time with Sucker Punch that was a real bad idea. He survives, thanks to the link teams brandishing their guns.

The moment was crucial. If he had one more order, and if he knew my Yan Huo was the Lt, he could've tried oblivion into my Lt. But later he told that, he thought I won't run my Lt so aggressively; He tried to reach Combi rifle Zhanshi in vain. This was the turning point.

    IA Turn 2

Now ready to start over, IA runs back into action. After some slapstick between Hulang and Zerat tossing out bullets and carbonite, Hulang gets iced. Brave zhanshi link guns her down. Son-bae blasted Rodok with supportware, and Yan Huo entered SF mode on the vantage point with Lt orders.

Looking at his frustrated face, Liu Xing walks into battlefield. Grabbing my objective Squares, he easily perform WIP roll for the classified; and tried to take out Kornak - gets hit by a crit and prone. Yeah whatever.

Sonbae again out-play Kornak with his manual fire mode, slaying Morat general with AP SHOCK DA ammo.

IA slayed enemy datatracker, and grabbed objective square. Morats fail to grab theirs, since I turned the scales into my front yard.

    Enemy Turn 3

Krakot dies after two desperate CR shots for Yan Huo, but it survives both blow. He tried to push into the object square, but without proper hacking or firepower Yan Huo won't go down. He surrenders after killing my Liu Xing with boarding shotgun. I answered with Yan Huo's deadly advance, leaving nothing.

IA grabs three squares at the end; a major victory, and jumps up into upper 4.

Getting two good results, the Tourney entered Day 2. Today the winner will be decided. Queues were rolled, and my opponent was PanOceania. Relatively new player but good one, LRDR was my enemy today.

We rolled for the initiative - and Thanks to my Daoying Lt, I won the roll. Assuming I would face a TAG, especially Seraph, I choose going first - to assassinate their major key piece, Machinist.

The overview of whole map. Mirror walls are passable but LoF-blocking, which often used as entry points for this ITS.

Since this map did not offer much hunting grounds for Zhencha, I had to place them defensively. Around corridors, around corners, anywhere the heavy guns like HMG lose their range advantage.

Haidao fireteams nested below right pipes - to cover Console, and not to be ganked into occasional Seraph.

Zhenchas placed upon corners - left and right, Mowang linked with Xenotech.

    My opponent starts deploying -

A straight-forward roster, but SML. One day he did got a serious hard time with my Son-bae auto-aim mode AROs, firstly I though it was for link team lockdown piece, but - since people will put some surprise FO for assassination. His SWCs were 1.5 pts off - at that moment I suspected FO crawling somewhere, a Croc man or notorious TOFOOS.

    IA Turn 1

I started moving forward. Rui Shi shot Magister, but failed to connect into confirmed kills. Zhenchas were holding their breath down since Auxbots and Magister threatening their assassination routes.

I had to boil down some orders. Otherwise that Seraph will single-hand my whole battleline. Taking out a Warcor, Zhanshi + Haidao team press onward into some close-mid range. And now with 4 orders left, my suspicion made me place a sniffer along console - surprise, I sensored Croc man FO from the right side. He tanked some orders, but a brave Zhanshi killed him good.

Mowang used the last orders, along with NCO - and placed the scanner, throwing Xenotech into mid console.

    PanO Turn 1

Losing his joker Croc man, it was not a very good start for him. Magister tried to pry open Rui Shi, but a good spitfire blow forced him a dodge. Rui Shi goes down to a sensor bot. He then places a sniffer.

After failing the sensor roll with 20, upon next order two Zhenchas were compromised - Seraph took them out, a serious blow for me but they tanked a lot. My bad. :/

Taking out my Zhenchas, He was now more relaxed. Charging into mid-console, Seraph Pops up SF mode. Very well guarded with Helot, Sensor bot, whatever you like.

    IA Turn 2

The brick was there, my favorite Camo assassins down. I had to do something before that mech-angel once again begin the reaping.

Still, I had one risky action..

My sniffer bot advances. Seraph declares three shots - but I was confident. Yaozao was preparing for the support. Command tokens? Who cares. This moment would be crucial!

Seraph Shoots, and my sniffer bot.. holds on. He was now within 8' of Seraph, my sniffers assured me there was no lurking Hackers around Seraph.

Daoying reveals herself, declaring a Total Control against Mech-angel. Shivering at impending doom, he declared reset - but it failed. His saves compromised him again.

Which meant - Now I am controlling the PanOceanian Mech Angel.

Becoming a flying Guijia with 4-4 move, First thing Seraph did was killing its maker Machinist. It easily kills him, desperate flash pulses bouncing off its good BTS.

Next order, Seraph Jumps - and shot four bullets into Jeanne's backside. She falls down helplessly. Seraph did got stunned, but that was more than enough. Squeezing my 1st group order, I declared long jump at the highest attitude with temporary ally - giving him a falling damage, wrecking the MO tag into heap of scraps.

The turn was more than decisive.

    PanO Turn 2

There was nothing much he could do. Seraph and Jeanne fell, he was on LoL, IA holding its main pieces unharmed. Desperate, Magister Knight advances. He tried to take out Datatracker Mowang.

Mowang gets a crit by Panzerfaust, losing 2 wounds and duck. Sensor bot kills Magister in ARO.

    PanO Turn ends.

    IA Turn 3

Game was on my side. Haidao teams advance, eating a crit from RF Helot but kills him on the next order.

Nearly-dead Mowang strives. With SML bot guarding lanes for console, he used Xenotech for nullifying SML ARO. The bot goes down.

IA grabbed mid-line console, and Zhanshi FO activated small ones. PanO Surrenders, granting IA a crushing victory.

Records were made, my last opponent was decided. OSS, just as suspected.

I knew him. A revered Warmachine player, seasoned veteran. A match well deserves a final.

We went to the desert map again - I smiled. The desert belongs to Zhencha.

I tempered, tempered and sharpened the roster for the ITS. Very 'un-IA' roster, which shows my passion for Zhencha.

Group 1 hold versatile attack vectors. Mowang was not the main piece, TBH, but his roles were to soak up aggro, punish weaklings, and most importantly - a sudden burst of speed upon utmost cases.

Group 2 was the flanking, supporting group. G2 Zhencha was often used as an offensive one, infiltrating or boldly advancing to kill something. Rui shi being Rui shi.

About the hacking, frankly I didn't care a lot. Zhenchas are native stealthy with able to revert himself to a humble token, and as you can see my main core was.. a freaking Zhanshi. Yeah go ahead, hack my day. That was the plan.

I won the initiative. I saw his courtesy roster.

It was ok, it was expected. It was not gonna be easy.

One thing was his obvious Lt, but since desert map offered good sniping position it was hard to 'grenade' him off the ground.

I placed my Zhanshi team at the middle, Zhenchas upon sidelines, Mowang preparing to soak out some damage and orders from the right.

He double-asked me about Haidaos' position, the link team coherency - which payed me a two tokens later on.

My HVT (real) was on the center, Zhencha preparing for grabbing the consoles. But he easily lockdown right side with a HMG bot.

Haidao MSR had a high burden on his shoulders.

    IA turn 1

Haidao was not able to grab 5-men bonuses. My bad. Instead I answered with using a coordinated orders for two Zhanshis, reforming the link.

Then I declare the gambit. Haidao vs Dakini, both BS 16.

1st order, Haidao lost, entering NWI state.

2nd order, Haidao shoved three DA shots for Sniper Dakini - wrecking him into pieces. Since there was Posthuman Mk.1 with Yudbots, I did not hesitate.

3rd order, things were different. Posthuman Mk.2 merged, shooting my linkmate Zhanshi down. Haidao advanced but was unable to shoot her back. Oh well.

4th order, Haidao shot Posthuman, forcing her 4 armor rolls. which she made 3 of them.

5th order, I thought Haidao can now gain cover, but was not on cover - I shrugged, shot, and lost the shootout. Haidao falls.

The main concern was gone, and I had three orders remaining. Zhanshi LGL advances behind the wall, real close to the Dakini link, uses two more orders to lob a well-placed Speculative shot on 8. This shot took out Dakini HMG and Yudbot, completely knocking off the notorious Dakini link.

Group 2 Zhencha delicately destroy remains of HMG Dakini and reverts into Camo.

That was my 1st turn, trading off Haidao and a Zhanshi against two dakinis.

    OSS Turn 1

Mk.5 runs on. He was able to grab the console easily, killing my 1st decoy - and went silent due to order loss.

Naga Hacker climbs down. I didn't knew it was a Naga, tbh, I thought is was a Dart - but she discovered my real HVT, and HMG bot deathcharges to kill the HVT. OSS grabbed quite a score in turn 1.

    IA Turn 2

IA had to make some scores. Good thing was they lost HMG bot upon that death-charge, now freeing up Zhencha for their business.

He crawls upon container to deliver shock ammos into Mk.5's backhead, easily killing him. Rui shi then soaks up the orders - taking out FP bot and two netrods, along with poor Naga Hacker.

Mowang advances, taking position on the center. I was quite certain the real target was the left one.

Group 2 Zhencha uses Terrain advantage to anchor at wall.

    OSS Turn 2

From here he went defensively. Now very ahead of scores, Taking out Mowang would grant him victory. Darnavas stands up and try to shoot two pitchers, mis-calculating the range. Pitchers miss.

Slightly annoyed, a MULTI rifle Shukra runs. Rui Shi was not able to kill that guy, and he started firefight into Mowang.

5 orders we fought, 3 orders Mowang hold his ground, 2 orders Shukra saves from Mowang's spitfire.

The very last order, his Lt order (it was obvious), Shukra engaged Mowang again. Since Mowang was now prone, Zhanshis were able to support him with combi rifle shots - and finally, Shukra goes down. Mowang survived in NWI state.

Dakinis advance, forming a fire-lane along the way to left HVT. Darnavas trying to secure him.

    That was my target.

    IA Turn 3

I managed to hold my orders, 6/5. Now I only had to use it properly.

G1 1st order, 1 Group Zhencha activates the console. The target was Left.

G2 1st order. 2 Group Zhencha walks on the walls. Free from Dakinis' ARO, he easily enter the vicinity of Darnavas with 2 order.

G2 4th order. Zhencha pops out, Killing Darnavas with SMG.

G2 last order. G2 Zhencha assassinated HVT.

With last G1 orders, I managed to kill one more decoy with G1 Zhencha, pushing the scores into tie.

OSS was LoL - Which ended the game, but upon VP I was way ahead from him. Only losing two units (Haidao MSR and Zhanshi FO).

So the ITS was over.. and with overall OP with 26 / TP with 9, I ranked #1 on our ITS. I did got flattered.

You're a brave man to paint yellow. God I hate painting yellow, it's such an ass of a colour to work with.

Congrats on your ITS and thanks for sharing.
Needless to say I'm eagerly awaiting for detailed pictures of your Invincible Army. That photo at the top of the thread just feels like an appetizer.

Thats not Yellow, that’s orange. Quite a different colour to work with.
