Come to think of it, I'm wondering if we'll see Lt lvl2 on Hannibal and NCO on Valkyrie. It could represent his Code:Dive ability.
If some hopped up arena twit gets Lt2 before Aquila Guard, it will be wondrous proof of how inept CB is at design and backdating things.
There's plenty of individual units that have similar backgrounds that don't get Lt2 because CB hasn't brought them forward or won't bring them forward. And again: Hannibal's some punk merc that's became a gladiator and is nothing but a ripoff of an 80s tv show character. So what? He led some mercenaries. Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, TACTICAL GENIUS OVER HERE!
That's hopped up former intelligence operative, chief strategic officer for one of the largest and most successful mercenary companies in the Human Sphere, hugely successful team manager in the largest and most prestigious combat sport, and arena twit, to be accurate.

Yeah, he is/was their 2iC and Chief Strategic Officer. In Aristeia he had retired to manage/compete with his team, but Aristeia!'s timeline is set earlier than Infinity and many Aristos have gone (back) into military service like Mr. Deadpool, Dart, Musashi, Lunah, presumably Hannibal, and according to some rumours Father Mendoza.
It's dumb that Aquila Guard don't get cool leadership skills but also dumb not to give cool leadership skills to anyone else because Aquilas don't have them.
I would think Sun Tze, Saladin and IE and/or Aleph aspects come before Aquilas in new Lieutenant lvl 2 deployment. I wonder what line troops this new NA2 army is gonna have.
If a model have CC 18+ and MA3+ and infiltration and smoke or camo... Well, very good and useful indeed :)
CB has said they the reason they aren't doing just a big blanket update is they want to focus on the newer armies so that people want to buy them.
And because of time constraints, it's easier to focus on a few forces at a time than do everything at once.
Im still wondering if CB or even any warcors can let us know if there are any videos coming out and when for this new stuff. Preorder starts next monday so i would very much like to have some more in depth context and info before ordering. Like armylist previews or unit info?
