Battle of the Recreations: Joan vs Sun Tze

Dude! I had heard and lived through Nomad Trickery, gone head to head against Haqq Tricks, but this level of PanO Devilry is unheard of; and an afront to God, Man and everything Holy.

Now I need to make sure none of my local PanO players see this and get any ideas.

 

No one expects tricks from PanO, and thats just the way we like it

 

That's mainly because we don't expect a lot of events played with SoF rule ;)

 

No hard feelings but I'm inclined to disagree. I for one am a firm believer that PanO needs to take advantage of every dirty trick in the book to supplement it's "firepower only" approach to build a successful strategy..

 

I agree, but everyone expects the "firepower only" aproach, and thats where my Crocman move on the flank and surprise everyone out of cober, i'm just a bad person that way

 

I compared your crocman to my spectr and immediately felt the need to congratulate your faction on having the better skirmish TO model.

 

To my eyes, Proxy Mk2 is still the best SK of the game. But crocs are really good, yeah.

 

I have to agree. While PanO seems to be the "I'll beat you in a firefight" Faction, my beast of a local PanO player wins more times by subterfuge and deadly coordination of troops in HD and outmanouvering, rather than straight firefight. Just last sunday he used an Auxilia to engage a Morat with Spitfire to give his Knight (not sure which, they all look the same to me) room to bypass said Morat and shoot Dr Worm in the back.

Stories will be written about that Auxilia, who not only willingly became a human shield for The Greater Good, but also managed to kill the Morat in CC.

 

We call this "good rolls", but they call it "Deus Vult".

 

The x-visor works wonders for flank and when in sf, it it really gives the unit something extra

 

The loadouts are too diferent, you cant use the mk for assualt or get to defend a zone.
The Aleph equivalent Is the Dasyus... it has NWI, but Is wirst at the actual job and much too expensive

 

The cheapness and the regular order it gives to you even in HD is above everything for me. Without saying that it is the one with the highest BS in the game.
