How sure is that? I vaguely remember that the cosplay bolt came with a drop bear (some half sphere with ears), otherwise I don't know about deployables in Pano with actual minis (they could totally exist).

And any change that boosts Combat Jump makes EVO more attractive an option, which ties very well with any Remote-heavy list, which ASA is very good at. I'll have to try an assault B-M Haris using FD1, might be a fun option.
Yeah, quite good in fact but I seem to be doomed each time I play them. I have never had such crit magnets in any other of the troops I played since I started Infinity. For example, in one game the ORC HMG directly died from a Q-Drone because of triple crit... but considering this, they achieved to give me the upper hand multiple times thanks to their reliable behaviour. They don't go crazy once out of FT, they are as hard to kill than any HI of their range etc. Nothing fancy but the fancy thing is to be able to field three of them and still have room for a Tikbalang and the support staff. If you really know how to play heavy armored lists, this kind of possibility is why ORCs are not bad at all. But I think that my NCA influence might be seen in most of my lists as I'm not a great fan of playing midfield troops most of the time (I should try it more to improve myself about this, though).
MI bonus is making me to consider taking a full core link or at least an aggressive haris more often in HuntungParty, due to availability of adhesive launchers to veteran troops. In other missions, extra 4" of deployment for solo HMG is always nice and useful in taking better positions or lowering distance to an enemy sniper rifles on ARO duty. The AD troops change in my opinion is massive. I've been testing dual Fraactas in Vanilla CA with a great success and I believe that 1 or 2 Akalis can also create a lot of troubles to the enemy's deployment zone if placed/played correctly, even tho they are clearly inferior to Fraactas . I will try to bring at least one in most of my 16+ order lists in Acon as secondary harasser/back line cleaner.
Try to revive this thread after I'm going to start Acon. Has anybody new list experience with the overhauled faction list? ATM I'm not sure in which direction I want to go.

Hello, about two weekends ago I had the chance to confront the "renewed Acontecimento" against the new factions like TAK, SSO and Varuna (I name it "Acontecimento 2.0"). It was in the Barcelona Open, one of the Satellites of the Interplanetario, so I think most of the players fought so hard as someone could. So, in my believe the experience have some weight in order to extract good conclusions on the "NewAcontecimento". We had the SpecOps extra. (12 points). The missions were: 1. Power Pack. Played against TAK. I used the List 1, with Drakios. I went second because I lost the iniciative roll. Unfortunately I lost too the game. The ratio "rolls vs critical hit" for my "enemy" was astonishing. I barely could do nothing except "die" and remove miniatures from the board. 2. Front Line. Against Varuna. I used one more time the List 1. I crashed against her double ML in a mixed fusiliers,kamaus,orc fireteam. The game was worse than the previous one and still no luck at all in the confronted rolls, but one amazing last turn of Drakios forced the varuna player made a mistake and drakios managed to control the central line and gave a victory to me. 3. Frostbyte. One more time against TAK. In this game I chose the second List, with a Tikbalang. Here the fortune was on my side. And the TAG gave the supremacy in the end of the game. I won because I could kill the datatraker and for a few points of difference. 4. Show of Force. Now was SSO the enemy. One more time I chose the second List. Here the confrontation comes from the Hand of the Marud (in SSO forces) and Dart (in the Acontecimento side) I expend my whole turn triying to hit an E/M pulse against the Marut, and later he tried to fry Dart. Almost in the end we had a tie. Dart died and the Marut stayed IM-N2 and isolated. The rest of the SSO player turn was to repair the Marut, so I could fight against her in my active turn and in my last order I managed to put down the big robot. In this moment the victory came to me. Both of us had a list too TAG dependant ando without the Marut the SSO player had too many few options. 5. Anhilation... Now against "Acontecimento 2.0", so Varuna hehehe. This time I choose the List 1. Varuna player won the game in the end in a very well balanced game. Only a little more fortune in the critical moments turn on the victory on the Varuna's side. Both had really similars lists. Really defensives. I think I had more spearheads in my list but he had more resistance in the forn of an ORC with Feurbach. My conclusions are: -Acontecimento was playable before the changes. -The new fireteam options place Acontecimento in a spot which where Acontecimento players can fight at the same level as the new sectorials and factions. -Baghmaris in the regular's fireteam only give more strenght and flexibility to the list composition. -Dart is a really good new adquisition. Some to go with the nagas. Still Nagas are too dam good. -The baghmaris + Machinist is a really good adition, because you can have a spearhed (that baghmari hmg) with a specalist companion ando another friend baghmari haris. -Rao is ussefull as was before, but the lack of haris in his profile made him not so necessary or playable as Acontecimento players could want... -I'am really disapointet with the new montesa. I missed the old one. And too with the no reworked Kirpal. He is as usseless as was before. A really expensive AD specialist troop. All of this makes the Acontecimento army lists more flexibles in two groups or in one group. Looks pretty reasonable. I don't think you need the Bagh Mari Haris, to be honest... I view it as a bit of trap, since I don't think 40+ points to get +1 Burst for an HMG is a good expenditure, and it's hard to maneuver that link in a fashion where the other two profiles will have much effect. It's certainly not bad, but 40 points buys a lot of great stuff in Acon, especially quick mobile units who can play up the field and hit the things that are hiding from your Core link.

First I started with the Multi and HMG Bagh Mari, Stephan Rao (wildcard),1 regular minelayer and 1 regular. The BS Bagh Mari and the other Regular are in the list to make redundancy, the Bagh Mari #2 if they kill the sniper and the Regular as another filler.
Is this any good? I plan to try it next saturday, keep Overclock on all the time, if possible. That would be my first game with ASA. I see core link with Feuerbach, HMG and MSR as defensive/offensive main attack piece, KHD for hacker-smacking, rest of list is there for utility / providing AROs. I plan to keep HMG hidden and refill link with Regulars, if something happens to ARO pieces. What's the mission? I think you miss out on a lot if don't take Nagas, Dart, or an Acon Minelayer. But you have enough flamethrowers that they can probably do similar kind of work, and Minelayer on the Bagh Mari Sniper helps. Let us know how it goes.
Haven't decided yet, we will probably pick something random and just try to make it work :) I figured this one could be quite balanced. I plan to actually prepare second list with some Naga camos, Dart and lots of mines for different approach. Above one rather simple with no suprises. I will report the results - I hope to drown opponent in AROs.
