Rough draft of lists for tournament

    Hey everyone! I'm heading to a tournament in two weeks and am trying to build a list for the missions. They are firefight, decapitation and armory. Here's what I have so far

    What are the tournament list construction requirements? Is it limited insertion?

    EDIT: Wow I'm dumb, missed second groups entirely.

    Just limit of two combat groups, 300pts 6SWC.

    Only some minor comments. Both lists look like they could perform well.

    In both lists, I would swap mary problems from group 2 to 1, and replace her with the interventor. Interventor Lt make good use of LT orders to buff remotes, go cybermask, or lay down white noise, but that's generally all the orders they need. Mary (especially if she's your datatracker in decap), is going to need orders to run all over the place and get a safe approach. In addition, because you run both Mary and Zoe, you pretty much have hacking programs covered. You could probably get away with no Interventor in those lists if you wanted, and in decap you could consider a taskmaster LT, which is p durable.

    The only thing I'm not sold on is the double hellcats. I would probably drop 1 of the two (BS) and replace with a combi moran.

    Overall, not much to say though, you can def do the missions with those lists.

    For decapitation I would not want an Inteventor as a Lt. I would go with an Intruder Lt. You don't need the smoke game because you have 2 Hellcats to attack with. The Puppetmaster with minelayer gives your Lt a second later of protection and protects from turn one order loss. The Vertigo Zond combined with the TR got gives you fast pieces that can pack a punch with supportware.

    I second using the Intruder LT for Decap. Also, make sure you don't deploy his camo marker within 5" of another model so you can't get spec fired on.

    So i'm assuming that running the intruder lieutenant is because he has camo, is a decent gunfighter, and can hide well? I'm just curious why he is a good lieutenant for decap seeing as everyone knows who your lieutenant is.

    He has camo, that's the main reason. Anyone who wants to alpha strike him needs extra orders for Intuitive Attack or must gamble on a super high-stakes discover roll. The other stuff is just gravy.
