Hi there, So I have a tournament coming up where it is Limited Insertion and I made a promise to a few people I would take Caledonians to every tournament I go to this year. I am trying to make a list but I am getting stuck when it comes to specialists options. Anyone want to give any advice. The missions are Firefight, Frontline and Frostbyte.

Sounds like you want to take a Highlander Grey core fireteam for Frostbyte.

You could easily swap McMurrough for Cherry if you're feeling it.

None of these three missions really need specialists. In theory it'd be nice in Frostbyte, but you can enough HI to just ignore the heaters and your datatracker can press the button anyway.

@KanyeWest :In case you really want specialists you can drop McMurder and the Galwegian, and add two Scots Guard FO (AP marksman Rifle + 2 Submachine Guns) to the list (forming a Fireteam: Duo and abusing their Forward Deployment in ITS10), but as @Hecaton pointed out, there is little mileage to get out of specialists in these missions except maybe for some redundancy in having more button-pushers.

I really want to try running a Wulver as my Data-tracker in Frostbyte - is more survivable with 2W and seems like a great unit to make use of the bonus order. (He's also expensive enough to help with limited insertion!)

Otherwise, I'd try to use McMurrough instead, (with Wallace as my Lt so it's legal), to make the most of his anti-material CCW.

McMurrough seems like the smart choice since he can make the most of that extra order and is very durable.
