Does G: Jumper L1 prevent an Engineer or Doctor from taking a G: Servant helper bot? In particular, can a Proxy Mk. 1 Engineer be G: Synchronized with a Yudbot?

Yes.

Note that the Yudbot is only associated with that specific Proxy not the Posthuman as a whole.

It wouldn't be Synchronised with the Yudbot, that's a different Ghost skill.
