As stated several times: For rules: latest FAQ > HSN3 > N3 rulebook > Wiki For profiles: PDF > Army Forum posts would be something "in a side", since CB staff rulings would be at FAQ level, but is more complicated to navigate than the wiki. I'd suggest to add the relevant posts to the wiki, but I fear @ijw (or anybody for that matters, I mention him since I believe he is the curator of the english wiki) would end into an asylum.
