I think the real issue is there is no Zuyong combi model and I need at least 3 and Tai sheng to make this work the way I once hoped it would.
Broadly speaking, I tend to agree with most of these positions. The main one I disagree with being the Liu Xing, which I don't think is as much of a writeoff in sectorial as this makes out. Those bonus profiles for the Zuyong are a real boon, they'll make a big difference in play.

I think there was, with five troops, Mowang, Liu Xing, Zhencha, the Operatve Cotrol and at least one more.
It was the haidao, and it was just a dossier with all the new units minus the hulang. There's no way we don't have a bunch of zuyongs in the IA starter!
The Zhencha not having shock immunity is the only real problem I'm seeing. Optimally, the NWI HI wouldn't be hackable either, but...
