It's illegal for them to do so (offer men and women different rates) in the UK (and the insurance companies are regularly, annonymously checked for complinace by journalists, comparison websites, watchdogs etc.); that particular form of equality ended up costing women drivers as it basically resulted in their premiums going up to the same level as men's. Don't even ask the followup age-related discrimination question (also illegal) and the can of worms that opens up.
Uh yeah... I'm just barely old enough to start benefiting from the age discrimination thing at work (vacation days). I guess it works as long as the young 'uns don't start getting active in the unions and it's the old farts who raise these questions.
Exactly what I was pointing to ;) (not to mention other activities which "should" increase some of your health insurance, but well it won't due to "reasons" xD)
whats everyone's favorite lord of the rings movie? I like the two towers, I think it has the best sam/frodo bonding moments
I wasn’t able to stay focused on Lord of the Rings for very long, but I really loved the Hobbit trilogy. I think the first movie was probably my favorite.
Yup, 1st one is best. Because it was NEW BIG THING... Nothing so amazing in cinemas so far. 2nd part was great, but it wasnt this level of hype anymore.
yikes, the whole "second movie best" sentiment really fell apart these days. even Desolation of Smaug was probably the weakest of that not-so-great trilogy. I only give battle of the 5 armies props for being so stupid.
Again, it was good but as good as 1st movie? Which caught viewers with surprise? With humor and gore on screen? No, 1st movie experiance was better, because it was unexpected and fresh. There isnt many sequels better than 1st part. Empire is one of few.
oh I'm so sick of comic book movies. they're all the same boring and tired stories. I'm not entirely on board with this idea. what about Aliens, T2, wrath of Khan?
eh, good and bad sequels have always been around. it all depends on why it's being made, if the film makers has a genuine interest in pushing ideas or if a studio just wants to make a quick buck. Look at stranger things season 2, while not a traditional movie sequel, its apparent that Netflix pushed them to make it while the actual creators were out of ideas.
The series, not the movie. Last Jedi >>>>>> Clone Wars T2 is one of the best action movies ever made. Also, Army of Darkness, tho that's a third movie.
