AutoMediKit just mentions 'the user' rather than a target, so yes you can. It's a very common tactic for Shasvastii.

Yes. I point out the ARO because I find a lot of the time people forget that the trooper generates an ARO. Also people forget that a trooper healed will remain prone and not immediately stand up.
Yes, as in they all generate AROs, but each reactive trooper only gets to react to one of the active troopers.
