I'm still hoping the Dakini SWC box has an as-yet-unseen LGL Dakini. I mean, a Paramedic doesn't even cost any SWC! It doesn't belong in an SWC box! (Note to CB: This post is not meant as encouragement to make the Paramedic Dakini cost SWC. At all.)
We also got 3 perfectly serviceable Dakini Paramedic sculpts in Operation Coldfront! Paramedic sculpts are the new Tinbots! :P
CB might do the same they did with Tohaa and the Kawaii Sentinels: two blisters of two miniatures with mirrored bodies. But this is PanO, not Tohaa, so we know they won't do that.
I personally hope that they come in a single 4-man box instead. We'll see how CB packages them soon enough.
I would hope that in the interests of SKU management, they'd be in one box of 4 instead of 2 blisters of 2. Otherwise, everyone has a legit reason to scream at CB for discontinuing Acon, MRRF, and Shas(?)
IF the Deva comes into the Daikini Box I will forgive CB that they miss the LGL (seriously - why put a Paramedic in a SWC Box and let the only other SWC weapon out?). They can spare the Paramedic for the beyond beyond box or something. Yes I know the new blue is starter SWC box and mixed expansion boxes like the Securiate - wich has a boring HMG and no) new and shiny Feuerbach :-( Oh and it has a mini with a repeater, that is not to be seen (maybe on the back?). Great move. Okay. Anyway. I think Daikini for Aleph, Securiates for Nomads, the Zulu for PanO and hopefully something suprising like new standard-remotes for YJ :-D
Yeah, their SKU woes make some of their design choices look daft. I'd like to assume they're things planned a bit in advance, and they couldn't avoid some of the dumb, but given that SKUs have posed them a problem for about a year, well, you'd think maybe avoiding minis that don't actually need to exist would be a good idea. I know it's a kewl mini and all, but this is primarily a game still. Sacrificing some of the cool-looking ideas for minis in order to make more practical ones for the rules isn't as bad as sacrificing the ability to actually use the mini in order to make cool looking minis, Knights of Montessa... presumably...
I'm personally hoping that the Securitate SWC box is next, and that they have a Feuerbach model hidden away somewhere for me to get my hands on. Ever since I used it to take down a Asawira and a Áyyãr in the same reactive turn... I can't not take it.
that squarish looking shin guard also matches the EB dossier pretty well I'm pretty interested in how this model will be posed, as the tactical rock looks like it will dominate most of the base.
Am I the only one who thinks that based on the angle of the boot on the rock that the EB is actively falling over? But maybe it’s just the camera angle.
tbh I can't tell if it's his left or right foot. I wanna say his right. maybe he's stumbling out of the ocean and that tactical rock is actually a tactical wave
Well CB has developed a weird taste in poses for AD troopers. Alot of them look like they are falling over. The snipershoot seems pretty similar to these.
