I don't know if I'm only too stupid or if they are really missing, but I can't find the rules for Remote Pilot and Locked in the PDF-Files. I expected them in the skills.pdf but can't find them there. I could the find only in the ITS8 document, that isn't available anymore. I don't doubt that the rules are valid, I only think, they should be added to the skills.pdf PS: And yes, I know they are in the wiki.

There is a book coming next month, and the rules are available online (and linked to from Army!). I don't think it would be an efficient use of the design department's time to go back and add them to a New Skills PDF that's going to immediately be obsolete...
But you need the rules as pdf anyways And we "old" players (1/2 year really playing ) don't need this, cause we know where to look.
As far as I'm aware, there will be a PDF of the rules section of Third Offensive, like there has been for all previous books that contained rules (because Uprising had no rules content, other than the MULTI Marksman Rifle). So it would join the N3 and HSN3 PDFs in the Downloads section. EDIT - and apologies for assuming that everyone knows how book rules sections have been released previously!
