I first thought its like a EM CrazyKoala. Would make sense to me. But everybody is writing FastPanda now. Could be that Bostria got confused again too. Guess we'll see.
Yeah, the Parrot is a distinctly different item than anything we've seen before. Not a koala loaded with a different ammo type, but rather something that combines the very flexible Fast Panda Movement rules with all the useful applications of a detonating mine and the massive effectiveness of E/M2.
Yeah, I mixed up panda and koala, so I suppose it's just a crazy coala (exploding thingy) with E/M2 ammo. No mine, no template, no nothing, stop wishful thinking guys.
I don't think it's wishful thinking. Based on the videos and evidence, an E/M2 mine (w/o Camo) that deploys using the same type of movement/action as a FastPanda is exactly what I believe we'll see.
It deploys like a FastPanda, then acts like an EM Mine. I'm pretty sure you can guess why it's not wishlisting on my part... ;-)

Also of note, imagine the fun we'll have with the Zapper on Lancers/Squalos... now, I'm assuming it means the Heavy Pistol might go away, but if not? FUN TIMES!!!
Yup. Infinity has long been a game of 'WTF, you can do that?!?' *deploy to counter last WTF* get hit with new 'WTF, you can do that?!?' (repeat) Having to deploy as if the opponent has the capability, regardless of whether it's been deployed, is huge.

Time to start some speculation! Does she have an SWC weapon? Maybe one normally unavailable to ORCs? Red Fury might be an interesting choice for her (and an endless source of jokes). If not, what kind of special skills is she packing to be an interesting choice?
