Congrats, guys, PanO feels FUNNY now, which is the importan part. Might be joining you sooner than later, already got a Tik and all the Aleph ASA units, so I suppose ASA starter and then VIRD starter to use Kamaus as Baghs lets me play ASA no problem. Does Dragao get used?
Honestly, not really. Climbing Plus to make yourself immune to CC by holding onto the sides of buildings is TOO STRONG. And I feel the SWC 2.5 just hurts. This is not to say the Dragao is bad, its quite strong. It just that the Tik tends to be what people pick. The model is quite cool and is being discontinued so pick it up quickly if you want. Other wise just use a Squalo as proxy if you want.

I'm going to disagree slightly with the crowd on this one. Dragoes the model is a bit fiddly, and I've stopped taking it to the local gaming store. I've had to rebuild mine a couple of times, with it failing off the base, and coming apart at the hip joint. I also redid the "belt loop" that has always looked really goofy to me. I'm hoping that when they bring it back, they'll rescrupt, and it will be rock solid like the current TAG models. I usually don't buy new models when I've got an older copy, but for Dragoes I'd make an exception. FWIW I won a local painting competition with mine. There is little that can outshoot it, and I usually just walk it down the center of the table, killing on every order. It's also a little cheaper than some of our other main battle TAGs like Jhotum or the Cutter, so it's a little less swingy if I lose the model to a lucky crit.
Dragao is an awesome TAG! I absolutely decimated my friend's army once just by splitting my burst on every single shot. I engaged at least two targets at a time. In only a few orders, I'd crippled his army by taking down almost half of his forces.
the dragoes real strength is its abillity to mow down Hordes, walking out and splitting burts 2/2/1 or 2/3 lets you get some serious carnage into your order efficiency
as to VIRD/ASA, ASA still has more asymetrical capabilities, in its actual high AVA skirmisher options, its cheaper AD troops and from the looks of it, better hacking network. ASA still has a role
Outside of edge cases like characters, TAGs and specialist REMs, the Echo Bravo seems to hint at a potential new direction for PanO in that it's a basic level of trooper without any sort of '0 SWC combi/multirifle' option to plump for. Might be that things like the combi Sepulchre get removed from the game (no model, irrelevant profile).
