Given how much of a rem net NCA can cast around the board the new hacker seems like a given. The combined power of the ahd+ lightning and a HD hexa kh seems like it could make NCA a serious hacking threat. Will you be taking two devas regularly? I know I'm considering sensor lt and AHD as a starting point for a list.
Backfield Deva AHD:Lighting can be pure gold. Really NCA hacking game just got really strong boost. Not only you have WIP15 AHD to be annyoing for every enemy HI/TAG (with AVA 3 Fugazi and drones in general) but additionally you have very strong KHD upgrade again on WIP15 PLUS NWI. On top of option to get HD Hexa KHD. Quite a good option
Yes, it happened. We finally have a reason to be using the Deva Hacker again. Now both SAA and NCA have a strong hacking game. Deva hacker is a good specialist as well.

Just to point out how ridiculous that Deva is.... We have AVA3 Fugazi to Hack with the benefit of a Firewall. We have access to a Sixth Sense L2 Hacker to "cancel" Stealth in Repeater Range (hidden interaction with a lot of impact). Lightning isn't just great offense, but also the best defensive program a WIP 15 Hacker could ask for. NWI is excellent defense against one of the scariest Programs - Maestro. BS12, ARM2, BTS3 BSG and WIP15 Nanopulser make the Deva suited to fight Camo, CC troops or good old CQ Firefights. All in all it's a much bigger addition than it is for Vedic/Aleph where it directly competes with the Danavas.
We know what's in Beyond Icestorn, the Deva isn't. There is some chance she'll be in the Dakini SWC box, but just as likely a single blister.
The Bolt hacker, 'cus if you're going full Bolt you double down on the CQB taking nothing but Spitfires and BSG and leave the crap paramedic at home.
Yep, you'll need some SWC so you're probably dropping a Fusilier gun anyway. Makes room for the Hacker as a bonus and makes a HMG + Hacker setup interesting.
