The change of 4 of the points being dependent on classified objectives takes the focus of the mission away from the central thrust - moving out of the zone and killing the opponent. It's exactly the wrong choice to try to make half Highly Classified.
Like during ITS9 to keep Capture and Protect as an ops mission, but removing all needs for specialists... Current flavour of the season is "classifieds", so they force-feed those everywhere.
