Hello. fellow mercs. I just priming my Ikaris today. I'll paint them Black+Purple Color soon. :D and here is my Ikari list. I'm trying to use everything I got now. I'm trying this list for weekend games. I'll buy some Bashi, Druze, and Dronebots later. do you guys have any recommendation? :)
Well you have a bunch of damage dealers and use a lot of swc so I'm going to recommend 3 swc light support units to splash into your lists: 1. Panguling box! In theory you can refill your blitzen/mines/koalas off the baggage, the evo makes YYs 15% more accurate on landing. In a world where forward deployment is so common the 0swc total reaction combi has become a solid option, racked up good kills in my last game vs usariadna tanking a marauder haris for 2 turns and not even falling. anyway I think all the pangulling profiles are playable in ikari. 2. Yojimbo: bikes are fun, yojimbo particularly offers a very nice package, dz defence on koalas, very fast, can pull off some crazy Rambo moves with his various weapons and smoke. 3. Karakuri, yeah they are expensive, but they are some of the most durable specialists in the game, bring one, use it to hold consoles in quadrant control or bully the midfield objectives. Another great package of disposal and mid/short range suppresion capable guns and direct template weapon for 0swc in a starving faction.
Get a tacbow ninja by any means necessary :D No really, it is a fantastic piece for us and one of the few options we have for midfield specialist
Ninja and Cube Jager are very handy in Ikari, after all, after you murder all your opponents, you’ve got to push some buttons. I’m also becoming a fan of Karakuri, which can both kill things and push buttons. Finally, both EVO and Rui Shi shine in Ikari, helping Yuan Yuan land, and keeping your links up, then shooting through all the smoke those YY are dropping around. Welcome to The Company.
Today I made first Ikari game. this mercs are just amazing! Wumings and Tankos are just great. they are great wall of HI. I think this mercs feels like Tohaa. fireteams are very flexible but heavy af. they can hold their grounds so easily. before the first game, I think Ikari just first turn glory faction, but not anymore. my next dream list is here. Wu ming haris is main fireteam of this list. main attacker. Tankos are support and area denial units. Lu duan is Camo hunter and minesweeper(literally ;)) and there is druze duo with killer hacker. I highly recommend the 5-man Keisotsu, Tanko, Brawler fireteam. It's a fantastic team. A cheap way to give your Tanko BS16. I especially like the Tanko Missile, and the Brawler MSV2 Multi-Sniper. I can recommend a HMG Keisotsu too.
