Has anyone created a graphic (or even just a text timeline) of when events and states proc? I'm specifically interested in the ARO process, from the initial order declaration, to ARO declaration, to response; and where "automatic cancellation" fits into the resolving process. On Suppressive Fire, it states that the state is "automatically canceled" when you declare something else (like a dodge), but I can't seem to find a reference to when that cancellation happens given other effects are simultaneous: http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Suppressive_Fire_(State)#Cancellation Fireteams tack on "at the end of the order" to the "automatically canceled", but I wasn't sure if that was a modification to the rule, or just a clarification on timing for all "automatically canceled" states: http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Fireteam_Cancellation
http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Order_Expenditure_Sequence So SuppFire will be cancelled upon declaration of the skill/ARO, steps 3-5, before modifiers are calculated and dice rolled. Fireteam cancellation happens at the end of the order, however Integrity (and therefore bonuses) is lost immediately upon declaration. http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Fireteam_Integrity
Fireteam Integrity lost due to Coherency gets weird. You check coherency at 2 points: During declaration of the first skill (Step 3) prior to measuring movement and at the Conclusion (Step 9). Which means that if you are in Coherency at Step 3 you get the bonuses at Resolution (Step 7) even though you subsequently lose Coherency when measured at Step 9.
