It's an AHD, the english version of Army is wrong (take a look at what hacking programmes are available when you add it to your list). Also, Fireteam:Core isn't a skill, it's a factor of the sectorial that hasn't been added in yet, they're listed as a core in the sectorial list.
It wouldn't be the first time Army is a bit buggy when profiles first come out. Best to wait a few days to see how things shake out.
Thanks for that. Not sure if I find this very attractive compared to other things. Just the Dakini+Deva+CSU+Missile Bot Core Link is enough to have fun with :D. I can see really going into SSS, originally I thought to "only buy the starter to do promo games with interested dudes in your LGS".
Sorry, I phrased things badly. Yes, K1 does better against ARM2 than Normal damage 13 ammo. I just think higher damage ammo would be more useful for list than ignoring ARM ammo.
Huh. I thought it was a glitch in Army, but this has it too: Devas can apparently no longer take two Devabots. You're stuck with one per Deva. Damn. EDIT: And the Sophotect still shows as being eligible for a Special Fireteam according to the chart, but nowhere does it say what that Special consists of.
That would explain why I was super confused by your adh comment xD Also makes sense why it costs swc. And yea for the dakinis can do full 5. I just think having lightning in the core as a powerful deterrent against other adhs is beneficial.
The Marksman Rifle is quite a good weapon platform for K1. Its base cost is pretty low, so the presence of K1 doesn't inflate it too much... It's a 0 SWC weapon with 1 SWC rangebands... It only loses 1 damage, so its performance remains pretty good against natural targets for a Marksman Rifle, while being much better against anything with decent ARM. The unit platform its on also lets you pull some smart maneuvers against hard targets too. Negating cover against TAGs, HI, etc. makes the weapon much more lethal, and the Marksman can slip inside optimal HMG bands or work outside of template/rifle bands. Nice weapon overall.
You always were only allowed to take one devabot per deva... you're thinking of drakios and scyla. And I believe sophotect is a typo
I've been waiting for Hellois to answer that question for more than a year, you know. Since all Posthumans have G:Remote Presence, and the Sophotect is both an engineer and a doctor, thus "RAW" being possibly to argue she can repeat those rolls to recover... And why the hell are the Posthumans given Remote Presence instead of Courage for the ones without NWI. It's assault, unless the Deva is deserving to be the first KHD with a 0.5SWC cost. Mary problems pays that, but she carries BOTH a KHD and AHD. Plus in the spanish Army it's listed with AHD (Dispositivo de Hacker de Asalto). Not Allowed. Top 4 in a Core... I cant. Then again, I have Corregidor, Bakunin, Tunguska, Onyx, part of Morat, most of QK (I still need the Sekban box...), part of Hassassin, Tohaa (sans 2 boxes) and several mercs allowing me to play StarCo. And Aleph, CA, and Haqquislam vanillas. So it's not like the OSS gives me anything new (the fireteams are not unique, the Jumper LZ is a mess, fortunately better than what Jumper L1 was in HSN2, there is no smoke, no melee...).
1 CSU + 4 Dakini should be legal though. "Up to 4 Dakini and upt to 2 Devas" is notably different from 1-4 X and 1-2 Y that also exists elsewhere in the army builder. With the CSU being allowed to join in general but not counting as a Dakini a 5 man Fireteam without Devas is fine as long as it contains one CSU meatbag. The important part is that you need at least one meatbag (CSU/Deva) and one Dakini to reform in case the team breaks.
Huh? Dakinis are AVA Total and can form a standard Fireteam: Core. For reference, the definitive chart is now up on the wiki. http://infinitythewiki.com/en/List_of_Fireteams#OperationS_Subsection_of_the_S.S.S.
I wish that profile was available for NCA but apparently not. It looks like CB heard all the complaints about Asura and surprised us with what we wanted and a bonus. Multi rifle LT 2. Now thats worth the points, no?
