It should be NCO. It allows the trooper to spend that Lieutenant Order as if it were a Regular Order.

 

But does it reveal the Lt? Can it be spend while inside a Fireteam?

 

Does that mean up to 12 orders on a Yadu HMG when in a link, or only solo?

 

It's effectively an extra Regular Order being spent on that trooper. So no LT reveal, and no it doesn't break a Fireteam if they're the Team Leader.

I'll attempt to get it up on the wiki today, due to it being missing from the PDF.

 

Make her Datatracker in some missions and you will have 13.

Would be hilarious in old Coordinated Orders rules when you could take regular orders from 2nd combat group to fuel first one.
