So rumours continue to mill around release dates for rules and there seems to be no official word released from CB. At the start of the year we were presented with the following; It pointed to Sectorial releases in March, June, August and November. Sure enough, this resulted in JSA's release - rules in March and boxed set in April - which was then followed up by Tunguska in June - boxed set released that month with rules available on the "street release" date. Now we have Coldfront, containing TAK and OS. The box went up for pre-order in July, was available for early pickup at Gencon, and has now been posted out by CB and local retailers (well, almost all of them). So the box was revealed slightly early for the 'N' and is being sent out later than the 'N'... But still no rules. There have since been mutterings and "quotes" from CB staff that the rules/profiles for these Sectorials (OS and TAK) won't be released until November - the release month for Varuna. If this is the case, it is pretty dsappointing. It breaks from the established release trend and pushes rules release 3 months after the "Blue N" had promised. Can we please have some official word/confirmation of when the release date of full profiles/rules will be for these two Sectorials? And if it is to be pushed so far back; an explanation as to why?
but later than you'd hope for like any time from when N2 human sphere to the start of this year when the 5Ns came up... to around every single one of those Ns to today
I'm wondering if they delay it on purpose to see the reactions. With each tick-talk of TAK, the release clock goes bak. (Man that was laboured...)
