The Corax is probably going my go-to proxy, I've been using the Scindron of all things for Malignos but it isn't a good proxy.
Noctifer spitfire. I typically only use the Noctifer ML as an actual noctifer, but the two of them together are easily the best current Shasvastii infantry models to my eyes (possibly excluding the Corax, she is very cool). If you feel like doing some kitbashing, both noctifers have separate arm pieces.
In that case I would say that rework of that strategical rock is advised to curb some confusing similarities.
I removed the rock from the spitfire version for exactly that reason. Wanted to proxy it for a shrouded if I ever needed to.
I've kept them mostly because I anticipated playing chiefly Onyx with only occasional dabbles into vanilla, but as a dedicated proxy I concur.
That's a great idea. My Tohaa are in a similar colour scheme anyway, as I was planning on playing the Triumvirate (Trinomial?) Sectorial when it comes out. I already own two Clipsos. I should bin the Gar Tsaros model and just use Fraacta in Tohaa anyway. In Vanilla Combined, do you always bring something with G:Mnemonica? Charontid, Skaivoro? Seems like you just pick whichever fits for points. So shopping list.. Shrouded (already have two Clipsos) Daturazi box Charontid (also proxy Skaivoro) Zerat hacker (Datatracker) Maybe Hungries but the models are gross Speculo Bit and Kiss Anything else I should really consider?
