October comes after September, bros and broesses, so what's our next batch of releases going to look like? Well we know we're getting the Haqq REMS, the Aragoto Zesenbutai, Celestial Guard SWC box, Asura, Streloks and a new Gata. But will we get more? I think we might, as the Asura and Streloks are already out. Perhaps the Beyond box?!?!
I'd like a Xenotechnologist HVT figure. I know you can use any model from the Infinity range, but it would be cool to see a specific model.
They are new releases besidesespite the limited release from GenCon. Therefore to talk of an repack is daring.
They will be changed from a box with Asura + strelock to an Asura blister and a Strelock blister. Isn't that a repack (or a dispack ?) ?
It's not a repack in the same way as normal repacks which don't count towards the months releases are though. It's not old, already released models being bundled together, its the proper releases of something which was available as a prerelease. It's most likely going to count as two of the months releases.
Yeah, no. The ADVANCED GenCON release was exactly that. An advanced release of two models that people who went to GenCON (or pre-ordered) could get. The GENERAL release is october.
No, it's the normal release after the prerelease bundle of the GenCon, nothing else. It was never available in the normal stores, so why do you talk about an repack?
Of the word yes, of the count of new releases and what was ment here with repack, no. Edit: but with this definition, an altered artwork on the packaging would be a repack too.
The definition of "repack" used for the repacks that have come 1 or 2 per month for the past couple of years has always been existing general releases grouped together (occasionally with a new sculpt at the start) The strelock/asura are not an existing general release - ergo they are not re-packs. They are releases. In the same vein, would the general release of cold front (that doesn't include the pre-order mini) count as a re-pack? No. What actually matters is: Don't expect anything else new this month. - we have our 2 boxes and 3 blisters =). You may get a repack (maybe all the joans or musashis will get grouped in a single box), we'll see in a couple of weeks however.
