Hi everyone, i recently read a thread about Manned Tag being unconscious and i became a little confused from the answers, so if anyone could tell me if my interpretation is correct: When a manned Tag is unconscious i can spend orders on it to dismount the pilot and then use it. I don't think, like someone said, that the pilot is uncounscious, its troop profile has 1 Wound. So it seems to me i can use it normally. The pilot doesn't generate order for the order pool and remains on the table until he enters the dead state but i can spend orders on him till then doing things. I read nowhere in the rule that the pilot is also unconscious when the tag is, if someone could point me out where is written. I hope my explanation is clear, thanks to anyone wants to answer
You're right, you can Dismount the Pilot from an Unconscious Manned TAG and the Pilot won't be Unconscious until they lose a Wound themselves.
The TAG is unconscious and spending 1 order on it dismounts the pilot profile, which isn't unconscious. Before the last FAQ, if the tag was dead then the dismounted pilot would also be removed from play, but now it's only the tag that gets removed when the pilot dies. In the event of a tag going straight into the dead state without dismounting the pilot, since you need to spend an order on the TAG to deploy the pilot, they will be removed from the table inside the TAG, even though they're technically not dead, you can't deploy them and therefore count as dead for all intents and purposes.
No, it is the TAG that generates the order, not the pilot. Once the TAG goes Unconscious or Dead it ceases to provide an order.
