B6 is one of the golden ban in this game. Im skeptical about breaking the ban - It will make crit disaster. Yan Huo Duo seems plausible. HRMC guys already a solo Fireteam, although Im dang sure about Zuyong Shangji Haris.
Hm.. then I might be wrong. Has this line (about not stacking) been added to recently ? I know about Full Auto and Links but thought Twin Weapons can still work with a link.
It's not an actual rule, but a design choice. CB intentionally will not give any unit in the game the capability to get burst 6 (panoplies not withstanding).
I reckon that the multi hmg yan huo will get a Harris option. Its simple, one hulti hmg yan huo and two of the new support regiment.
I think it's plausible for the Missile and Multi-HMG creating a Haris with a different HI, Sort of like Sogorats and Kornak, and leave out the HRMC.
g:synch is the only exception to this. Both Rasail and Guarda de Assaulto can effectively be Burst 6... Spitfire for Burst 4, and either Chaksa pistol or Auxbot shotgun for another 2 shots. But I suppose it depends how technical you want to get about whether this is truly a restriction... It's an attack that involves one unit firing 6 shots per order, but it's still technically come from two separate models. CB seems to balance this by making sure neither unit has much ability to heavily stack modifiers.
Bostria said that one was the KSCD during the seminar, the helmet is a mix of the two unit designs. It does work well as a hacker though.
The only way I found to get B6 is to pay $10 at a charity event to give your Yan Huo Full Auto L2. I can confirm from firsthand experience that this was a terrible mistake.
On one hand, yes, on the other hand, 2018 was a fucking shitshow and I only half jokingly say we deserve burst 6.
It would be nice to have one of the units released early in the same way the Hakims were for Haqq. I would actually quite like it to be the support unit if I'm honest. HI engineers would be nice. If the sniper was a specialist that'd be great too. Great for tic tac toe.
Varuna getting released does set off some alarm bells though. Because CB have already said this year we don't get White Banner until CB are ready to release Sval alongside it as a 2 player set. If Pan-O are getting Varuna now, what are the chances of White Banner coming at all when Pan-O has so many sectorials it's not funny?
Pretty high, since there’s easily space for it in the “N”s next year, likely at GenCon... there’s really no more Ariadna to release now that TAK is out and FRRM is paused, the only Nomads left are the rumored Black Hand, Haqq’s only got the speculated Khanate to go, ALEPH already has OperationS, SEF could take one other slot for the year, and any further NA2 armies could come whenever. That leaves Triumvarate and IA, so no big issue.
Wait...some here expect 2 Yu Jing releases next year? I highly doubt that....next year will be Invincible Army and that'll be that. The 2 Player Box will be Tohaa vs Shasvastii I'd reckon since they still need a Big Box Boost. I highly expect Svalarheima vs White Banner to be 2020 Big Box if they have to come together.
I can't still find these rule, neither on the page I was referencing nor on the Hyper-Rapid Magnetic Cannon (HMC) page. I'm believing you, but I want to know, where I can find them.
I don't recall them saying they would release them in a two player box set, just that they want to release them together (so in the same book or whatever). Do you have a source for that? I may have missed it.
