We could get troopers on motorbikes that are not gang members, just like the Mavericks. I wouldn't mind gang members that much, as long as there is no connection to Putin or someone like this. For TAK, I'd prefer professional soldiers on motorbikes, because I tend to agree with Ursun and the Disko King about the professional look that TAK should have. Doesn't the skull on Carmen's bike look like the Druze skulls? Is that maybe a hint to her background?
It's funny that apparently for TAK it's not cool or something, but when I protested the stupid Desperadoes I was told that I was being unreasonable.

Dynamos, purportedly, are going to be Desperado styled biker gangs rather than "military". People are complaining that TAK is somehow the super disciplined faction...despite the presence of Dog-Warriors(who are painted as having a few Bratva tattoos) and Irmandinos.
What did you protest about the Desperados? The unfortunate idea to give them Confederate flags, the fact that they are a biker gang or that they are strictly speaking non-military? I agree on the first one, I am fine with the other two possible reasons. I can understand someone who does not want to have gangers. The fucking bikies are killing quite a few people in my suburb and race their bikes at nighttime as if they could not hurt other people in traffic by accident. .
I dunno, all I've heard of them points to being regular military, they're even a huge propaganda piece IIRC
The Confederate flags ties into them being a biker gang and "non-military". It's the additional part of the bikes themselves(street bikes for a planet that is known for undeveloped areas? especially on a unit that is supposed to be 'hunters' of a woodland species?) and the nonsensical justification of bikes being "part of the culture of the US". Remember that as of right now, USAriadna is also the only faction on Dawn with a breakdown on ethnicities. African and Latino-Americans formed the majority of the security teams while Caucasians and Asian-Americans formed the majority of the science teams. I've been under the impression that Cossacks are the "regular military" while Dynamos are something else. I could have it reversed though.
If you don't understand the difference between an abstraction or a trope and basing something in an actual group of retarded fascist criminals I suppose you would think like that, yes.
And yet, we have Desperadoes that quite a few people were told to "get over" or that "it means something different here". I kinda dig Carmen's look. And they can do what they want with mercs. But I really don't want to have any more Ariadnan bike units. I've always felt they seem really out of place. (All bikers not just the ariadnan ones) also feel their kits should come with both mounted and dismounted models.

All the bike thing feels out of place, maybe if the bikes become cover when the soldiers dismount or at least they loose impetuose now that they are on foot, that can be nice for the military feel
