Game terms ? In terms of gameplay there's no frikking reason for AD (who want to land in enemy DZ) to have Biometric visor.

Srsly if EI or Saladin/Old Man want to have Impersonators in their own DZ .... well then VIRD really don't need anything to beat them ;P

I'm willing to wager that the EBs are LI. A third MI drop troop seems too redundant even for PanO.
