    Because I'm needy and in need of validation (also because I literally just found this sub-forum... Whoops...) I guess I'll post my WIP for my reposed O-Yoroi here as well. Hopefully a repose qualifies >>;

well holy crap that is awesome @RejjeN! Did you rebuild the HMG stock/trigger or covert from the Guijia?

Thanks! I used a "hobby saw" to remove it from the arm and then repaired it with plasticard and green stuff. Not as good as the original, but it looks fine if you don't directly compare them :P

This only shows one side and I hadn't trimmed some of it yet, but you get the idea of some of the changes I did.

Only really wish I could have found a better place for the gun, but it's too damn big to logically sit anywhere on the model xD

Edit: Dunno if it's just me but the thumbnail doesn't seem to work... click to open in a new tab and it should work :/

@RejjeN it loaded perfectly fine for me
But it looks great, and does look like a perfectly fine place for the HMG too. You could have gone the Guijia approach with it holstered on the back but I like how you've made it so dynamic! I may end up trying that conversion at some point!

Yeah thumbnails seem weird sometimes... Oh well. While not my initial goal, I decided to try to mimic the Pilot models pose with the TAG, sadly the shoulder doesn't quite allow for the arm to go high enough without looking weird in the socket. Probably possible, but beyond me. Still pretty happy with it :)

My first idea for the repose was to have the TAG be in the act of pulling the katana, but as mentioned, couldn't think of a good place for the giant gun (preliminary dry-fitting led me to think it wouldn't really fit on the back), but as you say it looks pretty dynamic right now :)

If you try it yourself please tag me(), and if you should need any advice just ask!

@RejjeN for sharp mechanical things, you may want to try other epoxy putties. Specially those that not only let you model sharper edges while fresh, but sand and mark non-organic detail once they are cured.

Correct, or Milliput White or even some avaliable at DIY shops. If too rock hard, mix with GS. ProCreate ("grey stuff") is already less rubbery than GS.

Doo bee doo bee doo, doo doo doo

The ninja with no name, well, sorta.

I don't like the old sculpt for Saito - it's old and was ugly at the start of 2nd ed. Yes, it's "dynamic" but that's about ALL it has going for it.
So I proxied one of the newer Shikami for him. Sculpted the conical wicker helmet for him out of GS.

He's meant to be standing, head bowed, part Clint Eastwood, part Lee Van Cleef, all badass. He raises his head, locks his steely gaze upon you, then you die in a single blur of motion.

I applied an ink wash to bring out some of the detail in the hat and base.

Really wasn't digging the Hardcase model for StarCo as I wanted something without a cowboy vibe and much more of a Merc look. Here is the result.

My Uhlan now has a REAL Feuerbach. Simple slice and dice job, just need to paint the Feuerbach to match the HMG.

This guy started out as my version of a Minuteman for USAriadna; upon their official release, I have made him into the Unknown Ranger. With ARM 4 I figured I could lose the shield (too Capt America for me) and give him some "GUNS". I wanted to show him before I ruin him more with my poor paint skills.

I tried out a little very amateur sculpting to create my custom Domaru Takeshi Neko Oyama. I am pretty happy with him considering.
