The bow video has the camo units down as naga sniper and scout shotgun for the two factions

 

Honestly that leaked pack having a strelok unit, makes me think that there may be some new kazak stuff besides just the Ratnik. This is gonna be a good year.

 

It's interesting that both sides feature shotguns. Suggests that CB (rightly) thinks that teaching shotgun use is essential. The shot gun is probably the best way to show range band skew and that camo only mitigates shots, not prevents them, so that's a good teaching piece.

Very excited for this box. Dusting off my Kazak troops this week to get them ready.

I am confused as to why the basic scout is not being updated though. It is old as hell and could use a new model.

Since they're fleshing out TAK, there are bound to be several new units coming.

 

Who said it's not? Unless I missed something, CB's not said anything about it, so it may well get redone later on.

True, but model and profile wise they were pretty well fleshed out for awhile. So It's a pleasant surprise.

 

Ah, spaced and thought the scouts had been repacked. My bad, that was tankhunters.

Incidently, i bet the autocannon arm might look good on the new rifle tank hunter. I might have to do that.

They are. I'm gonna add some hats and use those as a Karakuri proxies.
Very nice overall design but I hate sticking out elements and those feet achieved new WTF level. Nothing you can repair with a sharp modeling knife ;)

 

If it helps, the Scouts do attend the Spetsnaz school in the fluff, hence why they have Marksmanship and the bat symbol in their logo ;)

This is Dart

 

I can't say for sure which, but they are definitely the same model, there's a few common parts.

My money would be on Dart because to give the Asura some kinda bulky jacket seems counter to their design.

 

I'm really hanging out for a new Asura; the original Asura was the reason I started Infinity.

My Vanilla Aleph took a backseat while I got distracted by IS, but the time has come for my Space Cops to get some operational support!

 

I thought so to at first, but they are two different models. You can spot it by looking at the spacing between the pistol holster and the knee pad. One has the knee tight to and inside of the holster, the other one has the knee lower and a lot more open space between holster and knee.

 

So, preorder are supposed to start today. Who is connected to the webstore hitting F5 every now and then ? An idea when the preorder starts ?
