I pre-ordered from his local store and got a 2nd class shipping notice on Wednesday, so presumably he just popped in and picked his up in store when it arrived.

I ordered from Gamenerdz. I got a message that they shipped it today with the Nomad Hexxer skin. I can post when I receive it.
