I'd say it's just hard to explain it in 2 sentences, but when you get it, your idea of hacking interactions not burdened by need of words looks pretty smooth. The only thing that may or may not be an issue is that it will take some crunching for new people to figure out when to use otherwise pretty similar programs that do roughly the same thing. I am not sure whether your serious response was on point or the previous poster was referring to infamous Ariadnan Hacking Devices of various flavours. Honestly, I'm not sure what role those can fulfill, especially if we consider Vanilla. But isn't it "Operation: Adjective Noun"? Did you just... Well, shit.
C'mon guys it just can't work that way. Otherwise we would still have people bitching for "Uhlaaans" on the forum. I suppose it's the other way around. At some point, someone at CB headquarters will break and say to sculpt that f@!#n S* box already. *You can never be too careful.
The clock has actually been broken for three months. It's just it's been reset so often no one noticed it wasn't moving.
Shadowy CB Mastermind #1: "We've finished shooting the Kurage videos, what shall we do with the Bostria until Gencon." Shadowy CB Mastermind #2: "We can never get him back in his packaging properly just use him to weigh down the Sakiel box clock reset button" Shadowy CB Mastermind #1: "OK Gutier, that's as good a use as any" Shadowy CB Mastermind #2: "I said no names Fernando! You never know if the forums are listening!"
Yeah, and the pressure to release Uhlan was enough that they didn't even care to make a separate box for him at the time :P
Well thats the thing, right? I'm sure it would be very box-thematic to put a wardriver in a TA vs Vedic box, but realistically once the Ariadnan player gets an idea how their faction works they will deal with hacking problems more efficiently with antitank cannons, mad scotsmen, or the more subtle 9-foot tall werewolf with a lolhueg sword. Or the most subtle Ariadna gets; 3 giant wolves, all armed with swords. Who knows though. Clearly CB have their own ideas as to what constitutes balanced profiles and game setups.
Hey be happy, at least he's proper size and has no missing equipment/additional weird stuff attached ;P
I'm not going to link to leek-spin, since I know that after you reading this sentence that song will be playing in your head.
Should be getting previews for GenCon releases soon I reckon GenCon is early in the month, it's less than four weeks away!
two reasons, 1. interplanetary is CBs big event of the year. 2. its normally 1 month preorder period and if gencon set the dates we are way past that ;)
Two week pre-order before and two weeks after the event, like in the past. What is available for early purchase at GenCon is the following month's release, remember? The teasers ought to start this Monday. Look for the silhouettes with the quotes. First one will be the kazak silhouettes with some patriotic quip about protecting the motherland. Next one will probably reveal the the second army in the box. Pre-Order announcement is 16 July. Possibly the 23rd. GenCon is bigger than Interplanetary, and CB wants to keep the American market happy. ( Por la pasta, obviamente.) Unless you, a *Warcor*, have inside info that you are hinting at.
