Is the -6 for Close Combat a visibility modifier?

    Do abilities like Jammers that ignore mods for visibility also get to ignore the -6 for attacking into close combat?

    A Jammer can declare BS Attack against a target without LoF but what mods does it get to ignore?

    I assumed it ignored Partial Cover MOD, considering that it already ignore the much worse Total Cover penalties/restriction imposed on normal BS Attack.

    ODD and CH mods, in addition to the Partial Cover MOD Robock mentioned, I believe.

    I would love to be able to give you an exact page but I believe it has to do with the no LoF quality which... doesn't have an entry on the Wiki...

    Wait, now I remember. It's in the FAQ:

    When performing an Attack with a Jammer, is the roll affected by the negative MOD of ODD or Camouflage, for example?
    No, in the case of an attack that does not require LoF, the negative MODs are not applied.

    Spec fire uses the same reasoning, I believe.
