So Infinity was kinda quite on the living story stuff for a while, then it burst into life in a big way this year. What are people predictions for the direction of Tohaa? Although it wouldn't be my first choice I can see Tohaa refugees starting to fill the human sphere, causing a new round of political tensions and rifts. What are others thoughts?
I haven't really predicted any of the narrative stuff they've done so far, so I doubt I'd have any clue what's coming next lol
If Tohaa is getting the Triumvirate Sectorial next year, that means that they'll no longer be the Tohaa-Illuminati-no_one_really_believe_they_exist. Either their existence will go into the open or some of the other powers will get solid info regarding them. And considering what the Triumvirate did to the First Human Colony in Dawn (Isolation), what happened next in Paradiso (Human Experimentation and finally annihilation), and that they are responsible for getting the Combined Army to the Human Sphere's doorstep... the situation might get "interesting".
I predict that there will be a narrative about several triads of Sakiels positively effecting the various factions of the Human Sphere. They will help all the factions against the might of the Combined Army. In the 2019 ITS season a triad of Sakiels will be available to all factions and each of their sectorials (including CA, but they will be listed as a Sygmaa variant in Army) around the time of the release of the Sakiel Box. Everyone will want to buy the hottest product Corvus Belli will have ever produced!

I think that the next advance on tohaa's fluff could turn around Triumvirate. Maybe someone discovers something in Paradiso (even if humans have been around in Dawn for 200 years and they haven't discover nothing) implying some tohaas, although maybe they can't notice that it's a faction of the whole tohaa society. Or maybe yes, they'll learn about the Triumvirate and don't care, as humans usually do, putting every tohaa under the same umbrella despite the bad ones being the lesser. But I believe that maybe the advance wont be that "hardcore". Infinity, the game, is about covert operations, and Triumvirates fluff already fits perfectly in that idea. Maybe we will have just some fluff about Triumvirate's creation, what they did on Paradiso and Dawn (please, I want the antipodes to be an exaltation program) and maybe something else, but still being a secret organization about nobody knows nothing.
As far I know (but have to search in N2 Manuals, perhaps the Old Paradiso) the Antipodes ARE a DIRECT result of the Tohaa Exaltation Program. . . They have a "Trinary Collective Mind" that is the perfect numbers for Tohaa, but were left alone and unchecked because I think the Digester Probe used in their "Genetic Tampering" did not like the Triumvirate Meddling, as it was YET synchronized with Uplifting the Helots of Varuna (a project that was left uncompleted). . . But I could confuse some Infos from various sources. . . Don't remember if the Antipode "Cuckoo" Retrovirus was a desired aspect of their Exaltations, but could swear that the weird interaction with Human Genome of Unborn Fetuses resulting in the Dogface / Dogwarrior is considered an unexpected and "Fascinating" circumstance. . .!!
This is totally in my head canon, but I'm not sure if it was ever explicitly stated officially. Either way, I'm gonna keep spreading the propaganda because it makes a great story IMO.
