CB is removing its older models from it's store, So! what do this mean for Pan-O players? Pan-O has a lot of older models.
It’s for one sectorial only not the entire range and there are exceptions. Notice as well that no profiles are being removed and the whole sectorial just got an update in the Army Builder. As with other releases unless an older sculpt is being replaced with a newer one I don’t see any PanO minis or profiles disappearing any time soon
nothing? They're removing a sectorial no one played with models that are ancient. PanO has well updated sectorials with models that are (mostly) up to date. I cannot foresee CB removing too many models from our line.
This is what I seen, I could be wrong, not sure what this means. To help showcase the appearance of our products in stores, the launching of new armies will result in the withdrawal of older products from our catalog.
Thx! But they remove not the whole models from sectorial. Some of them will stay and will be available in vanilla Ariadna. Perhaps they will relaunch it with new minis and we will see more space werewolves if the future.
That's what I suspect. They are giving it an update and saying it will not be in the next cycle for sectorials.
All 3 of PanO’s sectorials have gotten new and updated releases. Acon got a fully resculpted starter, Neoterra has been getting lots of love with the Swiss, Aquila, Locust, and MO just got 2 characters, the Order Sergeant box, and the Hospitaller box we have been asking for since forever. I think all of PanO is safe unless “Acontecimento Explodes!!!” means what we all think it means.
Being a hard core vedic fan, I wouldn't miss Mr. BigBadBlonde and his merry band . Well... maybe I'd miss myrmidons with their low cost smoke grenades, but that's it. EDIT: My bad, I thought you were talking about the Assault Sub Section (in spanish we call it SSA from "Subsección de Asalto")
I think that would be pretty strange from a story/fluff perspective. It’s still an official branch of PanO military with no real reason to secede. That being said, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit. And I would really miss the Acon units in my Vanilla lists. I use the Sensor/Minelayer Regular, GdA, Montesa and sometimes even the Akal E/Mitter pretty regularly.
Haha, I understand ;) All those acronyms can get mixed up at times ;) That's true, though for me it's a non-issue. I like Acon much more than the rest of the PanO - at least in its current state - and would leave the faction without much regret.
Fair enough. I wouldn’t stop playing Acon if they split, I’d totally play them as NA2. But my Vanilla lists (and I am primarily a Vanilla player lately) would suffer for that.
