How does Bakunin finance their military/ship/etc.?

Corregidor does make profits by hiring out their services, Tunguska by criminal activities and taking their cut from it, but Bakunin? Just by rent, tenants pay for their modules? Do they have citizens and taxes? Entrance/boarding fees? Donations?

And as a subquestion of this, how does it work with the Observence? Are they subsidised by Bakunin or get payed for their serves for the ship?
The Riot Grrls seem to do it just like Corregidor as White Star suggests now, but the rest of Bakunin's soldiers? Where does the funding come from?

Ironically the pillarse of Bakunin fundings come from tourism, entertainment, fashion and tech advances (mostly on fields that are considered dubious, obscure, or plainly illegal in other places, and this applies ti fashion too). The later is mainly paid by the Nomad military force and Tunguska in particular.

Most of Nomad I+D is Bakunin at its best

But how those it get transferred from the individual providing that service to the Bakunin bank account? In normal states it works through taxes, but giving the nature of services and the anarchic basis (their isn't a system to force you to pay, or is their?) it doesn't seem like a fitting model.

Bakunin is Bangcock of the Human Sphere. I would imagine that individuals on top of the ladder finance their huge flying house of pleasures just so that bussiness might go as usual. Funding instead of taxation. Especially taking this ship's history into consideration - it was literally kickstarted.

Add to that Bakunin 'currency' is weird but tradable for cold hard cash.

Bakunin (the ship) must generate it's own Social Capital: effectively breathing etc will be taxed. This means that people have to continue doing things that are socially useful or they'll go broke.

So if you're a Praxis research cell funded by Tunguska you're going to be paying out Social Capital (you're not doing anything positive for Bakunin) but getting paid cash.

The easiest way to make this work is that Bakunin (the ship) gets the benefit from Capital and everyone else survives off the fruits of their Labour.

Want to build a 3D printer? Great that's awesome install one here please (have some Social Capital - effectively from Bakunin).

Want to use a 3D printer? Great here's one that's just been installed (pay some Social Capital - effectively to Bakunin).
