      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hey, I recently bought a bunch of your kits and I have to say I&#039;m very happy with them :)<br />
<br />
- they feel really sturdy and are heavy enough to not shift around at the slightest touch<br />
- the pre-colorisation and looks great, so they are pretty much battle-ready once assembled. Even the simple crates look nicely detailed and textured due to the second layer.<br />
- the price is very reasonable, especially compared to some of the competition in this market, and the result doesn&#039;t look cheap at all....<br />

I added the wrong thing, and it was too late to change it. But they put the order on hold for me, let me swap some items out, and they were gracious to give me plenty of time to do it. They shipped it.<br />

The United States Post Office lost or damaged or stole the package. My case was escalated and escalated and escalated.<br />

In the end, they discovered that the carrier had marked my home as &quot;abandoned, resident moved, left no forwarding address,&quot; even...<br />
