I want to point out, that the Extreme Zellenkrieger looks to be the first non-Ariadnan “someone” using Antipode retrovirus to create new soldiers. Could this be the first of other factions using their own “Dogwarrior/Caledonians”. Considering it’s relatively easy to get the Antipode virus, and almost all factions having a presence on Dawn, I can’t see them NOT wanting to “experiment.” Specially making it so that the virus doesn’t need to be used on pregnant women. But I can still see some factions doing that as well. Haqqislam already has a super soldier program, Nomads would do it as soon as they knew they could, and looks like they have. Yu Jing I’m pretty sure would. I think PanO relies mostly on tech rather than bio engineering. O-12 I’m not sure, but they can also “take in” Ariadna Dog warriors/Caledonians that are sick of the stigma and persecution on Dawn. Combined I’m sure would experiment on them but don’t think they would then use it.
Given the Extreme Zellenkrieger is STR 1 BTS 3 and packs a Cube, I'd put my money on a heavily cybered, synthetic LHost, rather than a Antipode-derived supersoldier. Digitigrade legs do not an Antipode make, do they?
To me it's just a Chimera in the same way 8-Ball is, with CB taking now more liberties with Silhouette correlated to body types when it comes to miniatures.
Zellenkriegers are Chimeras, they are the underground illegal fighters Uberfallkommando are supposed to be infiltrating and dismantling the illegal fighting rings they fight in.
